Please note we have two locations. We do not have designated parking at either site however the nearest carpark to our Margate Venue is: Trinity Square, Cliftonville, Margate CT9 1LZ. The nearest carpark to our Broadstairs venue is Albion Street Carpark, Albion Street, Broadstairs CT10 1NE.

The concept is that you’re trapped inside the room; however you are not actually locked inside. If you need to leave for any reason you can exit the adventure through the door you entered with located at the start of the game.

Yes, we allow children to play with adults present. Anyone aged under 16 should be accompanied by an adult over 19. For younger teams please call us on 01843 44 99 08

Yes, we have a maximum team of six players in Pirates of Polaris and Egyptian Exodus. The Pit can accomodate 7 players and Captcha Code can accomodate 5 players per device. If you have a large group you can split your team between the games.

Unlike most Escape Rooms, we give you up to 90 minutes to escape the room! We want everyone to win the room, so your game will always end on a high! We won't kick you out!

Whilst we are not wheelchair accessible we will try our best to accommodate any needs so please contact us on 01843 44 99 08 if you have a specific requirement. Some adventures contain smaller spaces, light and smoke effects which can be removed or bypassed with prior notice. We may not be able to modify the missions on the day of your booking.

One of the biggest misconception about Escape Rooms! Our experiences are light and fun adventures which are not designed to be scary or claustraphobic at any time.

Your experience will be governed by how long it takes you to escape, typically, most teams escape in around 60 minutes. Please also allow ten minutes either side of your game time for briefings.* Please note that if you arrive late, you will be allowed to play but your time in the room may be reduced since we cannot keep the team that has booked the slot after yours waiting.

No, there's nothing in our experiences that require any form of physical fitness.

Yes, we understand plans can change so we allow cancellations and refunds in certain circumstances, however our indoor games are live, ticketed events much like a theatre or cinema so last minute changes cannot be catered for. We have a clear and open cancellation policy. 14 Days or more before booked game: We can rearrange games free of charge. 8-14 Days before booked game: We are able to refund bookings, less the minimum deposit price of £60 per booking. We can reschedule any booking in this time frame for a fee of £15. 7 Days or less before booking: We are unable to refund any bookings. We are able to reschedule bookings, less the minimum deposit price of £60 per booking. Less than 24 hours before booking: We are unable to refund or reschedule any bookings. Our outdoor games come with a 'good weather guarantee' and can be rescheduled or refunded in the event of bad weather - notice must be given at.east 2 hours prior to the event.

Please wear sensible, comfortable clothing. Try to avoid clothes that may tear off easily or have a lot of loose length that may get caught on corners. Please note, our Egyptian Exodus room escape has a non-stain sand base. You will be required to wear sensible flat shoes.

Escape rooms and alcohol aren't a great mix! Drinks are best enjoyed after the experience whilst celebrating your Escape!
